A: Edgewater Beach Resort charges a one-time $50 fee per vehicle, payable directly to the resort. This covers your parking pass, gated security, beach access wristbands, and full use of resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, fitness club) for your entire stay. A $30 fee applies for each additional vehicle, up to three vehicles. Golf is a separate per-use fee.

A: Laketown Wharf charges a one-time $85 resort fee, payable directly to the resort closer to your arrival. This covers 24-hour gated security, parking, and private beach access with wristbands for your entire party.
